I am on your website but I can't open any of the stock pages?
Please register for an online account and we will approve ASAP - We aim to approve new accounts within 5 minutes but it can take up to 12 hours before your account is approved if it is out of office hours.

Can I open a credit account?

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is £100. 

How can I order?
You can order online or by email, fax or phone.

What is your delivery time?
Goods will usually be despatched within 1-3 days from the date you order, but it might take a few days longer during peak seasons. 

How can I pay?
You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card, or bank transfer (BACS).  Please contact us for our bank details if you wish to pay by BACS.
